We are no longer accepting new Fund Requests for the 2016 Co-op Advertising program. Redemption forms for approved fund requests that were submitted prior to September 30 will be accepted through December 31, 2016. Please be sure to review the Proof of Advertising link to ensure you are submitting all required information to expedite your redemption. Questions can be directed to FTDAdvertising@ftdi.com.
Step 1: | Complete the Fund Request Form at least 30 days in advance of the date the advertising will run/be printed. |
Step 2: | The FTD Florist Marketing Department will send notification by email of pre-approval or denial within seven (7) business days. |
Step 3: | Submit your advertising for review to ftdadvertising@ftdi.com.

Step 4: | Once the advertising runs, the following items are due within 30 days to FTD:

Step 5: | Reimbursement will occur within two (2) months after all required items are received. Reimbursement will be listed in Section G of the FTD Clearinghouse Statement. Email notification will be sent when the reimbursement has been processed. |
FTD reserves the right to terminate or amend this program at any time. FTD also reserves the right to retract reimbursement if the membership commitment is not met.
