How it Works

We are no longer accepting new Fund Requests for the 2016 Co-op Advertising program. Redemption forms for approved fund requests that were submitted prior to September 30 will be accepted through December 31, 2016. Please be sure to review the Proof of Advertising link to ensure you are submitting all required information to expedite your redemption. Questions can be directed to FTDAdvertising@ftdi.com.

How to Request/Redeem Co-op Funds

Step 1: Complete the Fund Request Form at least 30 days in advance of the date the advertising will run/be printed.
Step 2: The FTD Florist Marketing Department will send notification by email of pre-approval or denial within seven (7) business days.
Step 3: Submit your advertising for review to ftdadvertising@ftdi.com.
  • The use of the current FTD logo and standards is required in all advertising.
Step 4: Once the advertising runs, the following items are due within 30 days to FTD:
  • When you submit for reimbursement for a multi-month campaign, please provide only one invoice from one vendor with the amount for the entire campaign. Do not submit more than one invoice with partial amounts.
  • Redemption Form
  • Proof of Advertising
Step 5: Reimbursement will occur within two (2) months after all required items are received. Reimbursement will be listed in Section G of the FTD Clearinghouse Statement. Email notification will be sent when the reimbursement has been processed.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Eligible FTD Florists must be active members in good standing.
  • Membership must be continued for a minimum of 12 months after reimbursement.
  • The use of the current FTD logo and standards is required in all advertising.

Reimbursement

  • Funds for the program are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The offer may only be redeemed one time per main shop code during 2016 for up to $2,500 ($3,000 Canada); branch locations are not eligible for this offer.

Exclusions

  • While we encourage you to promote your own shop logo, floral designs and products alongside the FTD logo, use of logos and branded products from non-FTD wire services alongside the FTD logo are NOT eligible for reimbursement.
  • FTD will not reimburse production fees, creative work or other taxes and surcharges.

 

FTD reserves the right to terminate or amend this program at any time. FTD also reserves the right to retract reimbursement if the membership commitment is not met.
