FTD is excited to introduce FTD Mercury Cloud, a Web-based order management solution. Because it is housed entirely online, no software installation is required and updates appear automatically. The only usage requirements are an Internet connection and a supported browser.
FTD Mercury Cloud provides the following:
- A robust dashboard. Crucial information is right at your fingertips, including new order alerts and upcoming deliveries.
- Simple delivery confirmations. Confirm one or multiple deliveries at once right on the dashboard.
- Customized printing options. Tri-fold enclosure cards can be printed with a shop logo and contact information.
- Hassle-free updates. FTD Mercury Cloud website is updated automatically; no action is needed on your part.
- Multiple location management. Users with more than one shop can easily manage orders and monitor the activity of all locations.
- Less typing. Abbreviation codes for enclosure cards are built into the system.
- Employee management. Every employee has their own login information and multiple roles can be assigned.
- Multiple languages. Site contents are available in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
