FTD offers several tools that can help florists quickly and efficiently send a delivery confirmation. Tools are available for all of FTD's technology solutions.

Send a Delivery Confirmation on the Go with Mercury Mobile App
FTD Mercury X3 users have access to FTD Mercury Mobile, an iOS (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad) and Android mobile application. The mobile app enables point of sale users to keep up with the FTD Mercury Dashboard when on the go. Users can also confirm deliveries remotely, either from individual orders displayed in the FTD Mercury Mobile Undelivered Orders screen or by an order number if working off of a delivery manifest. Text Delivery Confirmation Service
FTD's text delivery confirmation service is compatible with FTD Mercury Point of Sale and Mercury Cloud and can be used on any cell phone with texting capability. Delivery drivers can report orders as delivered in real time in just a few simple steps. Standard message/data rates may apply.

  • Step 1: Join the text service by texting JOIN and your shop's Mercury Member Code to 1-844-399-9047 (i.e., JOIN 12-3456AA).
  • Step 2: After each Mercury delivery, text the recipient name, street address or FTD Mercury Order ID to the number in Step 1.
  • Step 3: Follow the text prompts to select the correct order and update the delivery status. Important: it is critical that delivery confirmations are sent real-time and not in advance of the actual delivery.

Please note that the use of the text delivery confirmation service does not replace the need for delivery logs.
