Filling an International Order

Interflora allows for an emergency substitution if the specific product requested is not available and you do the following:

  1. Fill the order to its full value.
  2. Inform the recipient of the reason for the substitution.
  3. Use a product similar to what was ordered. If you know of another member in the area who has the requested item on hand, you may forward the order to their shop.

If the recipient is not at home when delivery is attempted, leave a calling card so a re-delivery can be arranged. We also suggest obtaining a signed receipt for delivery whenever possible. If you have any questions about filling the order or locating the recipient, contact International Retrans as soon as possible.

Our customer service team can answer many of your questions right away. However, if we need more information from overseas it may take a little longer for a reply.
