FTD Rewards - Terms & Conditions

FTD Rewards is a loyalty program offered by FTD, LLC ("FTD") to its Member Florists (also referred to as "the Program"). These terms and conditions form the agreement (the "Agreement”) between each Member Florist who participates in FTD Rewards (referred to as a "Member”) and FTD with respect to the Program. By participating in FTD Rewards, Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Program available at FTDi.com/FTDRewards. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program terms and conditions. FTD reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program terms and conditions. FTD reserves the right to change the terms or conditions of the Program or terminate the Program or your membership in the Program at any time for any reason without prior written notice. Communications about FTD Rewards, including changes to the Program, will be posted on FTDi.com/FTDRewards. All purchases, including those earning points or redeeming points, made through the FTD Flower Exchange are subject to the terms and condition found here. Purchases qualifying for points that are made through other FTD channels are subject to the applicable terms and conditions found on those channels.

FTD Rewards is open to all active, traditional retail FTD Member Florists in the United States and Canada. Membership in the Program is free and no initial purchase is required. Member should promptly notify the Program of any changes to Member's information, such as name, address, telephone numbers, and email address by calling FTD Membership at membership@FTDi.com or 800.788.9000.

FTD reserves the right to cancel any Program account for which it has incomplete, inaccurate, false or fictitious personal information. In the event the FTD cancels your membership, or terminates the Program for any reason, all FTD Rewards points earned on your account will be forfeited.

Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Program is strictly prohibited, and may result in termination or disqualification from the Program.

Earning Points:

Membership in the Program enables the Member to earn FTD Rewards points on certain purchases of membership, products and services and then redeem points to cover up to twenty percent (20%) of their product purchases, excluding shipping, at the FTD Flower Exchange (FTDFlowerExchange.com).

Clearinghouse advances
Directory advertising and subscriptions
Transmissions (excluding delivery confirmation fees)

FTD Flower Exchange (eligible for 3 points per dollar spent when purchases are made online and 1 point per dollar through a representative)
FTD Marketplace (containers, drop ship, imprinted materials, etc.)

FTD Member Florists will earn one point for each dollar spent on the membership, products and services listed above, with the exception of purchases made online at FTDFlowerExchange.com, which will be awarded three points for every dollar spent. Any points awarded for purchases that are subsequently canceled, refunded, or otherwise credited back to Member will be reversed and deducted from Member's point balance.

Points may not be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable to any other individual or entity. Any transfer or attempt to transfer Member's points shall result in automatic revocation of Member's points.

All points will generally be awarded to the Member's account on the second business day of the following month with the exception of points awarded for purchases made at the FTD Flower Exchange, which will be awarded approximately seven days after the product ships. FTD reserves the right to alter the dates points are awarded due to holidays, peak seasons, technical issues, or any other reason.

Members with a past due balance will not earn points for the month that is past due, with the exception of points earned on FTD Flower Exchange purchases, which will be earned regardless of payment status.

Redeeming Points:

In order to redeem points, the Member is required to log on to FTDFlowerExchange.com. If the Member is not a current Flower Exchange customer, they will be required to create a user name and password.

Once the Member logs on to the site, they will see their points total displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the page. They can also click on My Account and select My FTD Rewards to view a full points history.

The Member should then proceed to create an online product order. When the Member checks out, they will be shown the maximum number of points that they can use on their order and prompted to enter how many points they would like to redeem. Points will not be earned on the portion of a purchase that was made using points (e.g., if points were used to cover $20 of an order totaling $100, points will be awarded for $80).

Each point is worth one cent in credits toward purchases made on the FTD Flower Exchange website. points cannot be redeemed for cash.

Points are only redeemable against the purchase price of fresh flowers purchased through the FTD Flower Exchange and are not redeemable on any other FTD website. Points cannot be used toward shipping costs, applicable tax, or any fees. FTD reserves the right to exclude certain products from the list of products eligible for point redemption.

Company may, at any time and without notice, change, eliminate or terminate the point earning and redemption procedures and offerings. Upon redemption of points, the points will immediately be deducted from Member's account. If the Member receives a credit for a purchase made utilizing points, the points will be refunded to the Member's account. The sale or barter of points, or any other award or benefit (other than by the Company) is expressly prohibited. Any Points transferred, assigned, or sold in violation of these terms and conditions will be confiscated and membership in the Program may be terminated.

All points expire 90 days after being awarded. Additional information on point redemption may be found at FTDi.com/FTDRewards.

Member Information & Communications:

By participating in the Program, Member agrees to allow Company to communicate via mail, email, phone, external websites, and various other channels. Company may use these channels to communicate Member account status, communicate program changes, offer special Member promotions and more. Member information will be protected in accordance with the FTD Privacy Policy.
