Viewing Your Statement
After you log in to the system, you will be brought to the Online Statement Starting Page. Here you are required to select the statement that you would like to view. Click the down arrow and then click on the statement date that you would like to view from the list. This will bring you to a new screen that will display your statement.

Scroll down the page to view your entire statement in summary. Detail information is available for any item that is underlined. So for example, if you would like to see your MARKETPLACE PURCHASES in detail, click on MARKETPLACE PURCHASES and you will be able to see each Marketplace purchase applied to that statement. You can then return to the main statement page by pressing the Back button on your browser or clicking the links at the bottom of the page.

At the bottom of your online statement, there are links to more pages of your statement. Your statement order/rebate summary report is available, as well as your confirmation of credit card orders report. A drop-down list is available to view your combined report; click the down arrow to select which orders you would like to view, and that information will display. Use your Back button on your browser to return to your main statement page, or click on the links at the bottom of the page.

Printing Your Statement
In order to print your statement, you must have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, there is a link at the bottom of the main statement page that will bring you to the Adobe website, where you can download it for free. The download process takes about five minutes.

Note: To check if you have Acrobat Reader on your computer, click Start, then highlight Programs, then check to see if Acrobat Reader is listed. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system then click Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the software.

After Adobe Acrobat is installed on your computer, click the Print Statement link at the bottom of the main statement page. This link will open your statement in Acrobat Reader, where you can page down and view your entire statement. To print the statement to your printer, click the printer icon from the menu bar. This will bring up a print window that allows you to select the page range and number of copies. Specify your printing options and then click OK to print.
