FTD Membership Deadlines
Effective March 2024, the voluntary termination request deadline is twice per year.
Payment in full for all balances owed on your account is due immediately upon termination. All final settlement checks will be mailed within 90 days after termination of your FTD Membership. The final settlement check will be mailed to your mailing address and will be payable to the shop name. If you require any changes prior to the mailing of this final settlement check, please contact Member Services.
Requests must be submitted by May 31 or November 30 to membership@ftdi.com.
