Applicant Checklist



  1. All application materials listed below must be received by FTD no later than
    December 19, 2021.
  2. Email a design portfolio to FTDAmericasCup@FTDi.com. See Design Portfolio page for format and guidelines.
  3. Email a high-resolution color headshot to FTDAmericasCup@FTDi.com (minimum size is 3" x 5" at 300 dpi jpg, labeled with your name). If applicant is selected, your headshot will be included in FTD promotional materials.
  4. Email a brief professional bio to FTDAmericasCup@FTDi.com (no more than two short paragraphs). If applicant is selected, your bio will be included in FTD promotional materials. FTD reserves the right to edit bios with your final approval.
  5. A non-refundable application fee of $150 will be charged to the FTD Member Florist's account on the December 2021 FTD Clearinghouse Statement.

    The 10 selected competitors:

    • Will receive a complimentary general registration to the 2022 AIFD National Symposium.
    • Must attend the FTD sponsored program on July 8, 2022, where the winner will be announced.
