1. There is a 12pm cut-off item for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.
2. Saturday delivery is available in most areas. There is no Sunday delivery available.
3. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. For specific items including fresh fruit and gourmet items these may not be available for delivery on Monday.
4. A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery for your gift may be delayed.
5. Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge
6. The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home. Also, we do not guarantee time delivery requests.
7. Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process the order. Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital.
8. Item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO’s.
9. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are available for 2-day delivery for an extra charge of $12.99. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day.

Canadian Delivery Policies

2. Overnight service is not guaranteed for Canada. 2-day service will receive priority and will be delivered in 1-2 days. Ground service will arrive in 3-7 days.
