  1. How do I use the Retrans department to get an order delivered Internationally?
    You may use your Mercury to send an order to Retrans or you may call our order entry department at (800)788-9000 to place an order with one of our order entry representatives.

  2. How do I use the International Delivery Directory (IDD)?
    You can quote accurate minimums for flowers delivered to specific countries. The IDD also lists cities as well as countries where delivery is available.

  3. How much does it cost to get an order delivered?
    $12 (U.S.) per order.
    $14 (CAN) per order.
