New buying platform offers discounts up to 40% below wholesale prices

DOWNERS GROVE, IL. (October 13, 2006) - The FTD Flower Exchange has been completely redesigned specifically to meet the needs of FTD retail florists. FTD's free online flower buying platform exclusively for FTD Members now has lower prices, expanded logistics solutions advanced search capabilities and more.
