2006 Tournament of Roses Package

DOWNERS GROVE, IL. (October 6, 2005) - FTD® is celebrating its 53rd year of partnership with the Tournament of Roses® at the 2006 Rose Parade and National Championship Rose Bowl Game, and member florists are invited to be part of the tradition.

Two FTD Member Tournament of Roses' Packages are available. Both packages include meals, tours, hotel and transportation to all events and to and from the airport. Prices do not include airfare. The cost of Package A is $5,700 per couple and Package B costs $5,200.

Package A includes:

• Five nights at the Hotel Casa Del Mar
• New Years Eve Party at Hotel Casa Del Mar
• Behind the Scenes viewing of the FTD Float
• Welcome Reception
• Hollywood and Beverly Hills Tour, Universal Studios tickets or Spa Day
• Two tickets to the Rose Parade
• Two passes to the pre-game FTD Tailgate Party at the FTD Hospitality Tent
• Two tickets to the National Championship Rose Bowl Game

Package B includes:

• Four nights at the Hotel Casa Del Mar
• Welcome Reception
• Hollywood Tour and Beverly Hills Tour, Universal Studios tickets or Spa Day
• Two tickets to the Rose Parade
• Two passes to the pre-game FTD Tailgate Party at the FTD Hospitality Tent
• Two tickets to the National Championship Rose Bowl Game

The FTD 53rd Float Entry
FTD is pleased to enter their 53rd float "Your Wish Is My Command" in this year's Rose Parade. This float truly brings "magic" to the Rose Parade by showcasing over 15 varieties of roses with the word "magic" in their name or related to the word "magic" including Black Magic, Autumn Magic, Magic Lantern, Pure Magic, White Magic, Midnight Magic, Moonlight Magic, Hocus Pocus, Abracadabra, Mystique, Magician, Bewitched, and Mystery. In addition to the magical flowers, Lance Burton, world champion magician and Las Vegas performer, will be riding on FTD's float and performing magic tricks for parade viewers.

Décor for the Tournament of Roses Events
As the Official Floral Company of the Tournament of Roses, FTD donates hundreds of thousands of flowers to the events surrounding the Rose Parade to help bring to life the historic events. These flowers are seen starting with the announcement of the Grand Marshal of the Rose Parade and the announcement of the competing Rose Bowl Game® teams. FTD also spreads holiday cheer throughout the Wrigley Mansion, the home to the Tournament of Roses, with exquisite holiday décor.
