President and CEO Michael J. Soenen and CFO Carrie Wolfe to Ring "The Opening Bell"

DOWNERS GROVE, IL. (February 9, 2005) - FTD Group, Inc. (NYSE:FTD - News) listed its shares today on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "FTD." To celebrate the Company's initial public offering on the Big Board, FTD's President and Chief Executive Officer, Michael J. Soenen and Chief Financial Officer, Carrie Wolfe, will ring the opening bell this morning.
