"The FTD Mercury POS system is such an improvement for our shop. It saves all of the customer’s order information and has eliminated processes we handled manually. It has saved me an incredible amount of time. Overall, the system is a much better record keeper than any employee and I like the ability to evaluate all of the orders in and out at the end of the day. "What a pleasure to go from installation to fully functioning within just a few days with no problems. The system offers flexibility when gathering information from customer. It allows an employee who is not familiar with a particular customer to sell with their usual purchasing patterns in mind. The system is so fine-tuned that we have only needed support once! Billing has been a breeze… what a joy to have the customer’s account charged at the Point of Sale rather than spend time manually entering handwritten orders. "We used to have the Daisy system and recently made the switch to FTD Mercury. Switching over was very easy. With the Gold Support Team’s assistance, we were able to transfer all data from my old system to the new. Now we have the benefit of having all of our customer’s information already in the system. We now have the advantage of easy traceability of customers and recipients even if they don’t have a house account. This feature along with the embedded credit card processing saves us a lot of time and increases our flexibility. In summary, the FTD Mercury system is a much better system and we are happy with it."
