Member Services provides "one-stop shopping" for Members by helping you with the following:

  • Answering questions regarding your monthly FTD Clearinghouse Statement

  • Resolving questions about FTD orders and policies

  • Solving problems related to the FTD Credit Card equipment and processing of credit cards.

  • Connecting callers with the appropriate department when necessary
