Our Valentine's Day projected growth is on track with
florist orders up more than 106% to last year! We have already taken
twice as many orders for delivery on February 14 compared to last year. These results are due to our marketing plans for FTD.com and the shifting of ProFlowers.com orders to be florist delivered.
To reach customers shopping for flowers this Valentine's Day, FTD is using a variety of channels to reach shoppers that want to "Say More with Flowers."
Here are a few highlights of this year's campaign:
Social Video Content
So far, more than one MILLION views have been generated on a video created by FTD to celebrate love, thoughtful moments and share how viewers can "say more with flowers" for Valentine's Day. This video is part of a major social media campaign designed to inspire flower buying for the holiday.
YouTube Content
With 73% of adults in the U.S. using YouTube, FTD is leveraging the online platform to share video content by seven popular influencers talking about Valentine's Day and the impact of saying more with flowers. The videos ultimately drive viewers to buy flowers for the holiday.
