minimum of $7.99 per carton for the
Continental U.S. and 22% of the value of
each carton with a minimum of $9.99 per
carton for Canada. For Alaska, Hawaii and
Puerto Rico the shipping and handling
charges are 24% of the value of each carton
with a minimum freight charge of $19.99 per
carton. Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
directly from FTD, ship one time per month
and have a 5 carton minimum per order.
