Enrollment Procedures

Signing up to receive FTD.COM orders is convenient and easy!

All FTD Florists are considered eligible to receive and fill orders from FTD.COM. You may wish to add zip codes to your FTD.COM coverage area. You are limited to the cities you subscribe to in the FTD Directory. Simply send a GEN message to 90-0258AA, requesting to add an additional city listing to the Directory, the appropriate fees would be applied to your statement and FTD.com would add the zip codes to your coverage area. These zip codes define your "same day delivery" area that you support at all times (holiday and non-holiday) for your regular delivery fee.
