Special Listing Information

Special Listings are additional ways to "SELL" your shop. Tell sending florists about the products and services your shop offers that go beyond the standard requirements of FTD®. You may choose up to 8 lines of information from the following categories. Use as many categories as you desire, as long as the 8 line limit is not exceeded. The average number of characters per line is 43.

Listed below is some of the information you can use to make your shop stand out.

Toll-Free Numbers - list in-state, out-of-state, national or limited service Toll-Free telephone.

Fax Numbers - list non-Toll-Free Fax numbers or Toll-Free Fax numbers.

Hours of Business - describe hours of business that extend beyond normal business hours. Are you open on Sundays, and do you deliver? Are you open late one or more evenings? Do you have a cut-off time for same day delivery?

Delivery Service - describe your service area. List hospitals, funeral homes, military bases, etc. that you service frequently. Proximity or frequency of delivery to specific areas or places may also be included.

Products - describe specialty products that your shop carries, or design styles that you may specialize in. Do you carry TY Beanie Babies or a wide selection of plush animals? Do you make custom fruit, gourmet, candy, junk food or gift baskets? Do you specialize in Contemporary, HI-Style or European designs? Do you carry a gift line? Do you carry unique types of plants or specific kinds of flowers?

Professional Qualifications - inform sending florists what sets you apart from other members. Do you have a "licensed" designer? What year was your shop established? Are you a FTD Reciprocity Advocate? 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed? Greenhouses on premises?

Note: Members may not use Special Listings to limit or restrict service required under FTD rules. Devices such as rules, boldface type, blank lines, capital letters or repeated punctuation marks for the purpose of attracting attention to a listing are prohibited. Information must relate to the category heading. Members should exercise caution so as not to state unsubstantiated or misleading information. FTD reserves the right to edit or delete information to assure conformity to FTD rules and the policies of the Directory Services Division.
