1Members will receive a fifteen percent (15%) per payroll discount on their Customer Fees for so long as Member remains an active Complete Payroll or Assisted Payroll customer; and a one-time 100% discount on all initial base payroll processing set-up fees. For Complete Payroll, Customer Fees means base payroll processing fees only. Customer Fees exclude HR Assistant fees, tax services fees, and any additional services fees including but not limited to fees for check signing, direct deposit and delivery. For Assisted Payroll, Customer Fees means per pay period fees, base payroll processing fees, and tax services fees. Customer fees exclude any additional services fees including but not limited to fees for direct deposit and backdating charges. For Assisted Payroll Standard Plan, Customer Fees means per pay period fees, base payroll processing fees, tax services fees and Employee Organizer. Customer Fees exclude any additional services fees including but not limited to fees for direct deposit and backdating charges.(c) Reports. Upon request by Affiliate, Intuit will provide Affiliate with reports regarding Prospects, but no more often than once per quarter. Such reports will list (i) the Prospects referred by Affiliate, (ii) which Prospects have commenced Services, and (iii) the Prospect’s Services commencement date.
