Celebrate the joy of giving flowers and spread goodwill in your community - while driving foot traffic into your business! This year's FTD Good Neighbor Day falls on Patriot Day, Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Join us in spreading cheer and celebrating local heroes for the 19th annual event.
Florists that have successfully hosted an FTD Good Neighbor Day event realize a variety of benefits:
The concept of the holiday is simple: florists give away a bouquet of flowers to people in their community encouraging each recipient to keep one for themself and hand the others away to make new friends and share kindness to strangers.
FTD Good Neighbor Day was started in 1994 by FTD Member the late Brook Jacobs, owner of Greenbrook Flowers in Jackson, MS.
